After 20 years of training under various exercise regimens, I mapped out a home-based program around simple, effective, time-efficient routines with minimal equipment to support a continued fitness journey outside the gym.

My goal is to show clients what’s possible without the gym membership, complicated equipment, and latest exercise trend.

ESSENTIALS PLAN
$400 monthly

For clients who want to build consistency and a strong foundation.

  • (4) 60-minute private training sessions per month (1x/week)

RESULTS PLAN
$800 monthly

For clients with specific strength, weight, or physique goals who want accountability and structure.

  • (8) 60-minute private training sessions per month (2x/week)

  • Training plan includes strength training, cardio, and stretching for optimal results

  • Weekly check-ins to track progress
