A flexible training package for clients who want to build a strong foundation and establish a sustainable training routine.

  • Four 60-minute private training sessions

  • Build a healthy movement routine with a combination of strength, cardio, and stretching

  • Bi-weekly check-ins (2x/month)

RESULTS PLAN — $800
A high-touch training package for clients with specific strength, weight, or physique goals who want a more intensive, structured approach.

  • Eight 60-minute private training sessions

  • Personalized program including in-depth assessment, strength training, cardio, and stretching

  • Progress reports for accountability and tracking

  • Weekly check-ins
